This Plan provides training both on-site and off-site in such things, as development of personal and professional goals/skills conducive to successful employment/promotion and permanent housing, financial literacy including credit repair and debt management, Life skills training in House Protocol, parenting, household management, decorating, decision-making, and teambuilding are also included in the family empowerment life plan. Moreover, women and children have house chores and are required to complete a specific amount of community services prior to exiting Natasha House.

Interagency collaborations/agreements ensure that residents utilize community services both during NATASHA House residency and once permanent housing is obtained.

Currently, Eight women (eligible to reside at NATASHA House) are enrolled in the B.R.A.V.O. Program and are well on their way to obtaining and maintaining self-sufficiency and permanent housing.
