Mission

NATASHA House is a transitional home for homeless women and children that will empower and equip them to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency.

Case Management
NATASHA House Case Manager will work closely with Social Services and other Community Services to obtain holistic care for residents and their children to include an intensive and comprehensive assessment of the resident's needs and personal information exchange.
Also, the case manager will assist each resident with developing their Individual Empowerment Family Life Plan or B.R.A.V.O. Portion of the HomeMakers Program that includes establishing both short and long term goals, determining action steps and time lines for achievement, and choosing specific volunteer objectives & sites.
Finally, the case manager, using the balance of structure; accountability; and empowerment initally established to meet each family's skill needs, will encourage and require residents to stick to their plans in the face of inevitable setbacks as they develop their independence and self-sufficiency.
